Oaked aged for 12 months in French barrels for added complexity and body. This easy drinking merlot has a deep ruby colour, well rounded acidity and layers of aromas of dark cherry and plum, wonderfully smooth on the palate with a long finish.

2007 marks the return of Cabernet Sauvignon to willow springs winery. This full bodied wine has a beautifully dark colour with hints of berries, black cherry and plum. This Cabernet is smooth enough to be enjoyed now, yet can be aged for several more years.
