ABOUT WILLOW SPRINGS WINERY

Willow Springs Winery, situated atop a geographic treasure known as the Oak Ridges Moraine, is a wine and event destination that is not to be missed.

Established in the 1960's, Willow Springs Winery employs traditional Italian wine-making techniques that have been passed down for three generations.

Over the past few years, Willow Springs Winery has become well known for its wines, the Merlot, Meritage and Rose all won 1st place at the 2008 Royal Winter Fair's wine competition.

Willow Springs Winery hosts many different kinds of functions from weddings to corporate events to celebrations of special holidays. The banquet hall can hold up to 150 guests for sit-down functions and over 200 guests for stand-up receptions.

Following you will see the Willow Springs inclusive wedding package. We are more than happy to accommodate your special requests, and if there is something you don't see, simply ask! We will do our best to make sure your every need is met on your special day.

WEDDING PACKAGE

Our unique wedding package includes your wedding reception room rental, round banquet tables and padded banquet chairs, your choice of linens, white tea candles placed on mirror tile as table centerpiece, room set up and clean up, dance floor (sizing will vary based on guest numbers), floor plan, seating arrangements, sound system, podium with a cordless microphone, coffee station, staff and coordination. As each and every wedding has a unique plan and set of requirements, Willow Springs will prepare a detailed customized quotation based upon those requirements.

Rates are determined by the estimated attendance, meal, day of the week, and season. The cost of the wedding ranges approximately from $79.50 to $200.00 per guest plus HST and 15% gratuity charge.

WEDDING CEREMONY RATES

Wedding banquet room can comfortably accommodate 150 guests for ceremony. The outdoor vineyard, the most popular and romantic wedding ceremony site at Willow Springs, can host 300 guests. There is an $1300.00 On-Site Ceremony Fee which includes:

• The wedding ceremony is up to a one (1) hour time period;
• Theatre style set up of chairs, registry desk & chair;
• Professional Disc Jockey before and during the ceremony
• Professional sound system with pre-selected recorded music
• Microphone for the officiant
• 2 oak barrels;
• Flowers to be provided by Bride and Groom;
• White marquee frame or high-arch tent and draping (Optional extra).

WEDDING CEREMONY REHEARSAL NOTES

Willow Springs will set up the front row, aisle chairs, and registry-signing desk as they will be set on the wedding day.
The wedding ceremony rehearsal is for a one (1) hour time period.
We will do our best to accommodate requests to hold your wedding ceremony rehearsal in the banquet room or the outdoor vineyard, however, we are unable to guarantee space availability and time of your wedding ceremony rehearsal until 2 WEEKS PRIOR.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHS

Imagine the convenience for you and your guests of not having to leave the wedding to have your pictures taken elsewhere.
Willow Springs Winery and Vineyard offers a variety of settings for spectacular wedding photographs of the bride and groom, the wedding party and family. From the vineyard to our willow tree rimmed pond or our grounds in front of the winery complex, we have the perfect locations for your photographs.

WEDDING RECEPTION AND DINNER

Your wedding reception prior to dinner takes place indoors in the winery itself. All receptions feature a selection of hors d'oeuvres prepared by our Chef accompanied by Willow Springs' premium VQA wines and host bar as selected, all served by our attentive serving staff. You will be able to select the wines to be served at your wedding in advance at a private wine tasting at the winery.

WEDDING RECEPTION ROOM INCLUDES:

• Round banquet tables and padded banquet chairs
• Cruiser tables and oak barrels
• Tablecloths, chair covers and napkins to be selected
• Complete set up and clean up
• White tea candles placed on mirror tile as table centerpiece
• Professional sound system, podium with a cordless microphone
• Reserved table assignment and seating arrangements with name cards
• Gift table, Guest book table, Cake table and coffee station
• Dance floor (sizing will vary based on guest numbers)
• Wedding coordinator on your wedding day
• Floral centre-pieces for each table (Optional extra)
• Audio/Video equipment (Optional extra)

ADDITIONAL WEDDING RECEPTION NOTES:

• A guaranteed number of guests and final menu selection are required 14 DAYS prior to the date of your wedding.

• Willow Springs Winery will be the sole provider of all food and beverages with the exception of wedding cakes and homemade sweets. Our Chef has a wide range of special dietary restricted and vegetarian menus available upon request. Removal of food and beverages from Willow Springs Winery is prohibited.

• For brunch or lunch functions, the room must be vacated no later than 3: 30 PM.

• Displays and decorations must be free standing, without any attachment to walls, ceilings and floors. Willow Springs Winery does not permit confetti, rice, sequins, sparklers or flower petals on the property

• All decorations, flower arrangements must be removed at the end of your event. We are not responsible for these items after your event.

$30.00 pp (adult 19+)
$15.00 pp (children 5-18)

Charged on a 5-hour basis with one billing to function host.

UNLIMITED WINE SERVICE DURING DINNER

Allow our professional staff to ensure you and your guests' glasses are full. Service begins as guests are seated to dinner and continues for the duration of the dinner service.

SPECIAL REQUEST

To extend the 5-hour host bar package, add $5.00 pp per additional hour (subject to all taxes and service charge). Should you want to add additional liquor, let us know the CSPC# from the LCBO. A $20.00 corkage fee will apply to the retail price plus HST and 15% service charge. Any special request must be discussed with your coordinator 14 DAYS prior to the date of the event.
